What is Moonlight Cards?
Moonlight Cards is a cozy Pokémon livestream shop focused on live pack openings, chill vibes, and genuine community 🌙
It’s a space for collectors who love the thrill of the pull, the calm of a late-night stream, and sharing the experience together.

Where do you stream?
I go live on TikTok and Twitch every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday at 7:00 PM EST.

🎥 Live Pack Openings

How do live pack openings work?
When you purchase packs or bundles, they are opened live on stream unless otherwise stated.
Everything is shown clearly on camera so you don’t miss a thing ✨

Can I choose my packs?

  • Loose packs: Yes, when available you may choose the set and quantity.

  • Bundles: Packs are pre-selected to match the bundle theme.

Always check the product description for details.

What if I’m not there for the live opening?
If I cannot confirm in the stream chat that you’re present for your opening, your order will be held until the next live stream.
If you’re not available during the following live, your product will be shipped sealed to you.

📦 Shipping

What shipping options do you offer?
I currently offer standard shipping only to keep things simple and consistent.

When do you ship?
All orders are shipped once a week on Sundays 📦🌙

How long does shipping take?

  • Canada: Typically 2–7 business days depending on location

Tracking is emailed automatically once your order ships.

Can I combine orders?

Unfortunately at this time combined shipping is not available, however I hope to implement this as soon as it becomes feasible for our operations. Stay tuned for updates!

I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
Please contact me as soon as possible.

  • If your order hasn’t shipped yet, I can update the address

  • If it has already shipped, rerouting must be handled by the carrier

Moonlight Cards is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses.

💸 Refunds, Cancellations & Final Sale Policy

Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled only if packs have not yet been opened.
Once packs are opened live or shipped sealed, all sales are final.

Are all sales final?
Yes. Due to the nature of collectible trading cards, all sales are final once packs are opened or shipped.

What if my package is lost or damaged?
Every order is packed with care — your cards are treated like they’re my own 🌙
Once a package is handed off to the carrier, delivery issues are outside of my control.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos

  • If your package is marked delivered but missing, please contact the carrier and check your local delivery area

While I’ll always do my best to help, replacements or refunds cannot be guaranteed for packages damaged, lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier.

How do giveaways work?
Giveaways happen live on TikTok and Twitch.
Rules are explained during each stream, and winners must have shipping on file.
